Shipping and Returns Policy – Namat Plus

 

  1. Orders are prepared within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  2. Warehouse pickup is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  3. Delivery inside Riyadh: within 24 hours.

  4. Delivery to other Saudi cities: up to 72 hours depending on the shipping company.

  5. International shipping is arranged via email and invoiced separately.
