• We serve both companies and individuals.

• Companies must provide valid CR, VAT certificate, address and bank details.

• Individuals must provide ID/Iqama, mobile number and email.

3. Sales and Ordering Process

• All orders are processed through the webstore system.

• After payment, a delivery note is issued and an official electronic invoice follows after delivery.

4. Pricing Policy

• Website prices are official and binding. Shipping is billed separately.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are in advance. No credit or installments.

• Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, Mada, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are prepared within 24 hours.

• Warehouse hours: 8 AM – 5 PM.

• Delivery: Riyadh 24 hours, other cities 72 hours.

• International shipping is arranged via email.

7. Returns and Inspection

• Returns are accepted within 14 days only for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in

original packaging.

8. Liability

• Namat Plus is not responsible for damage due to improper storage or use after delivery.
